How much will I pay to use the system?
Pricing depends on the selected plan, within which you receive points to use in the system. The prepaid billing model is based on the number of contacts available in your account and the duration of the subscription.
How much does a contact (record in DMSales) cost?
PRO Data (contacts with marketing consent) – 1.8 points per contact, regardless of the campaign type.
Each contact includes valid consent for marketing communication (phone or email outreach). These can be B2B or B2C contacts and may include a phone number, email address, or postal address.
Public Data – 0.35 points per contact.
These contacts are sourced from publicly available data, such as company websites or public profiles (e.g., LinkedIn). You only pay for the specific contact you choose to download to your panel.
Each contact includes at least one useful data point, such as:
-
Email address
-
Phone number
-
Company address
Additionally (if available), it may include:
-
Company name and industry
-
Job title (e.g., Marketing Manager, CEO)
-

What are points for?
Each user, after selecting a plan, receives a package of points that can be flexibly used for selected services on DMSales.com. The pricing details show the point value assigned to each service. You can top up your account with additional points at any time via the Billing Center.
What are the consequences if I choose not to renew my current plan for another month?
At the end of the billing period, an invoice is issued. If it is not paid within 7 days, access to the system will be blocked. Access will be restored once the payment is completed.
The plan is extended for the next billing period starting from the invoice issue date, not the payment date.
If your access has been suspended and you want to restore it, you will need to select a plan again. The new billing period will then start from the date of purchase.
Is your data compliant with GDPR policies?
Yes, our data complies with GDPR requirements. As a company specializing in sales- and marketing-qualified contacts, we operate in full compliance with GDPR and provide comprehensive support to our clients.
PRO contacts sourced from DBMS Sp. z o.o. databases include valid marketing consents and are collected in accordance with GDPR regulations. The entire process is supervised by a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
In the case of data with marketing consent, all processes are overseen by the DPO, and any requests are handled via a dedicated contact channel. More information about consents can be found in our relevant policies.
Contacts sourced from public databases are publicly available on the Internet and collected from open sources such as company registers and websites. When using this data, the DMSales user becomes the Data Controller. These contacts do not include marketing consent.
The legal obligation to inform data subjects rests with the user, as they become the Data Controller at the moment of using the data. Such data may come from sources including the Internet, official registers (e.g., KRS, CEIDG), LinkedIn, Google Business profiles, and similar platforms.
